Though i is too short for determination,
It looks like a flash light of airplane or helicopter.
Slow object mask of UFOCaptureV2 masks most of them, but it cannot be perfect always. So we often have those ones. |

It´s looks like a satellite flare, like that ones of Globalstar and Orion sats.
With some information I could try to see if any satelite coresponds the position of the flare.
I need your geographical coordinates, altitude and timezone
It would be interesting to know which horizon the camera are pointed (north, south, northwest ...) or you simply could provide an identifying of the brightest stars in the video.

The camera is pointing west, The two stars are Regulus and Algieba. The lat long is -106.561 E 52.105 N Alt 511m. Time zone is -6 (Saskatchewan).
