日本にいる流星観測者のみなさん、こんばんは。

我々は中国の流星群観測者です。2005年、2人以上の観測者は中国の華北地域で象限儀流星群の火球のピックに気づいました。その火球活動の太陽経度(solar longitude)は283 33 10.08 から283 38 40.00 まで、2015年に対応する時間は1月4日6:28-8:40(世界標準時)です。その時、中国はまだ昼なので、観測できません。その可能の火球活動を研究するため、みなさんができれば、肉眼や撮影や電波などで観測してください。

Invitation of Joint Observation to QUA 2015

Hi, Meteor Observers of the World!

We are the meteor observers in China. In 2005, we had as least two observers in north China reporting candidate fire-ball activivity peak during the QUA outburst. We derived the position of this activity at ecliptical longitude 283d 33' 10.08" to 283d 38' 40.00", corresponding to 06:28 - 08:40 UT on Jan. 4th, 2015. As China is in the daytime during this period thus we cannot observe, we appeal those who has the chance of observing it to take visual, photography or radio observations, which could contribute to the study of this potential fireball activity.

私のTokyo1観測点の状況ですが、2015年の283度33分(283.55度)から283度39分(283.65度)には火球の発生は観測されませんでした。
ちなみに、 象限儀流星群 とは IAUコードでQUA, 日本語では しぶんぎ座流星群 ことだと思うのですが、月齢や極大期間と夜の時間の関係もありますが、2015年は例年に比べてとても少ない観測数でした。

下図は2007年から2013年までの 283.00 から284.00までの0.01度毎の SonotaCo Network での流星観測数です。 この図でも特に当該期間に流星の集中はありません。

I'm learning Japanese, but still far from being able to use it. I'm still trying to remember カタカナ.
The previous letters were translated by a friend from Beijing Normal University Astronomers Association,
who is majored in Japanese.

I'm very glad and grateful to see your reply. We have not reach a consensus on whether this fire-ball
peak is periodic. I'd like to appeal for more attention on this in future QUA observations at your and
other Japanese observers' convenience.

My friend and I was not able to observe at the peak of QUA, for the cloudy weather of China at that time.
I myself took an visual observation of 1 hour's Teff at early morning of Jan. 2nd(Tokyo time) after moon
set, at 25.81N, 110.01E, and did not detect any QUA meteors.
